Welcome to Codetoday Unlimited, a video course platform operated by Codetoday Limited ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Codetoday Unlimited and the services offered on the platform.

2. Services Offered

Codetoday Unlimited provides video courses designed to teach teenagers how to code in Python. Our services include access to a variety of courses (both free and member-exclusive), a support forum, and occasional live workshops.

 

3. Membership and Access

• Monthly Subscription: This option allows you access to all member-exclusive content on a monthly basis. The subscription can be cancelled at any time; however, cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing month with no refunds for the current month.

• Lifetime Access: A one-time fee grants indefinite access to the platform for as long as it exists. A full refund is available within the first 14 days after purchase, but no refunds will be provided if the platform is discontinued thereafter.

 

4. Usage Policy

• Account Sharing: Sharing of account details is strictly prohibited. Membership is limited to one household and cannot be used for larger groups such as school classes.

• Group Pricing: For group access (e.g., classes), please contact us directly for group pricing options.

 

5. Parental Consent

By subscribing to our services, parents or guardians agree and provide consent for their children to access our video courses and use the moderated forum.

 

6. User Data and Privacy

User privacy and data protection are of utmost importance. We comply with all relevant laws and regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

 

7. Live Workshops

• Availability: We offer live workshops periodically, with limited spots available on a first-come, first-served basis.

• Eligibility: To attend a workshop, members must be active subscribers on the day of the workshop.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any changes and continued use of the platform will constitute acceptance of the new Terms.

 

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
